We had the pleasure of enjoying lunch last Sunday with sweet friends. The husband is the chef in the family and he served up the best tacos I may have ever eaten. Seriously. Amazing. For dessert he served a homemade version of Aaron’s most favorite candy, Almond Joys. They were delightful!

He sent us home with the leftovers which I am slightly bitter about because I keep finding myself eating them.

He used a recipe from Mommy’s Kitchen and they are called Almost Almond Joys.
