Orange-Lemon Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box Lemon Cake Mix ()
  • 1 box Orange Gelatin (3 oz) ()
  • 2/3 cups Water ()
  • 2/3 cups Canola Oil ()
  • 4 Eggs ()
  • 1 cup Confectioner's Sugar ()
  • 3-4 teaspoons Orange Juice ()
  • 1 box Lemon Cake Mix ()
  • 1 box Orange Gelatin (3 oz) ()
  • 2/3 cups Water ()
  • 2/3 cups Canola Oil ()
  • 4 Eggs ()
  • 1 cup Confectioner's Sugar ()
  • 3-4 teaspoons Orange Juice ()

Directions

Step 1
Combine the first five ingredients in a large bowl; beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch fluted tube pan.
Step 2
Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely.
Step 3
For Icing: Combine confectioners' sugar and enough orange juice to achieve desired consistency. Drizzle over cake.
