A brand is made up of a million working parts. It’s like a puzzle and each piece plays an important role. A client’s collateral pieces are an enormous part of that puzzle, making up many of those working pieces. I challenge my clients to really think deeply about each client touchpoint as we develop their client experience. It’s more than beautiful paper goods, its about figuring out what your client needs most and meeting those needs, addressing her fears in beautiful ways and reassuring them along the way that you were in fact the best choice for them.
